what kind of Dremel tool did you use? I ask this because my dad got the Dremel 200 for Christmas and he does not know how it works.
I used a handheld Dremel with a cutting wheel. It produces a lot of small sharp metal fragments, so make sure you were eye protection.

What do you use for the power buttons and where do you get them. Also what do u use to paint the sabers chrome
For power buttons, I use whatever I can find–caps from magic markers, small pieces of wooden dowel, clothing buttons–anything I can scrounge up that looks good.
The chrome isn’t painted—I just use chrome plumbing parts.
