As long as they are green or blue when you turn them on. Red colored is the dark side and you would never be allowed to carry them on.

umm i would think you would be able to bring them on since they really cant kill people unless it has like some way to start a fire or explode or omething like that.

If you are an active duty jedi, you should be able to get a permit from your local chapter allowing you to carry on your lightsaber. Good thing they run on a crystal and not a liquid.

The TSA at Mos Eisley apparently allowed them through, though there might have been some mind tricks of the Jedi kind going on.
